Artwork Guidelines
Our expertise in the area of Lanyard Design means that we can give expert advice on all aspects of artwork and design reproduction. We would normally request that your logo is sent to us in the form of a large jpeg or editable illustrator eps or ai file, with all colours identified by its pantone reference. When emailing fonts, please convert them to outlines or curves in order for them to be recognised as artwork or let us know the name of the font within your logo so that it may be re-typeset if necessary.
In some cases, we can also work without artwork, and design something for you from scratch, taking your ideas and transposing them into a lanyard but there would of course be a small charge for this. Once we have received artwork in the correct format, we will email you a visual so that you can approve size, shape and colours. This is the time to make any changes as once you’ve approved this stage of the lanyard, the screens of your lanyard will be produced.
Where artwork is complicated and runs into tones and shades, or tight registration of colours, we would suggest dye sublimation lanyards. Our expert team will direct you as to the best method for reproducing your design so that you receive the most effective lanyard which represents your business, charity, event, school or organisation with satisfaction guaranteed.
