Delivery Information

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

You have 2 options:  Standard & Express.

Unless you specify during the order process and pay the supplement, delivery will be approx. 2-3 weeks. 

If you pay the supplement and opt for Express, then we can deliver in 7 days.  Both timings are from the point of when your artwork is approved and not from the date you actually order.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

FREE OF CHARGE if your delivery address is UK mainland.   Our website is currently designed for this purpose.  However, if you need delivery to anywhere else, then you will need to place your order by calling us.  It would be a pleasure to speak to you and we will advise you of extra shipping costs to anywhere worldwide. 

WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

We use DPD couriers on a Next Day service for delivery to mainland UK.  We also use DHL, Fedex and UPS for any worldwide deliveries (see above) and offer Economy Express or Express services which would be quoted at the time of ordering.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF I’M NOT HAPPY?

Unless in the unlikely event that the product is faulty - unfortunately no.  All our orders are custom-made and are not of any value to anyone but you.
