WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY AND/OR ORDER VALUE?

Our minimum order is 100 lanyards printed with the same logo. You’ll find that our prices are very competitive. However, if you do find anywhere cheaper than us and can disclose who by and how much, please give us a call – we would be happy to look at our prices to beat the competition.

HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?

The on-line ordering system is very straight-forward and easy to navigate and of course you can shop 24/7.  Just choose your lanyard preference and confirm quantity, colours and accessories, upload your artwork and pay using a credit or debit card via our secure system.  We accept Visa Debit/Visa Electron/Visa/ Mastercard.

Alternatively, please call us on 0845 299 6301.  We would be very happy to talk to you and go through your order personally, during normal office hours.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I’VE ORDERED & PAID?

We will send you an automatic email to confirm receipt of your order and artwork, and then will follow up with an artwork proof for your approval.  If we have any questions about your order or artwork, we will call you to discuss.  Please rest assured that you will see a mock up/visual of your lanyard prior to production.  If you have any concerns, you can chat to us about it then.  Once you have approved the proof, production will then begin.

DO I HAVE AN OPTION TO CANCEL?

Yes, but only if it is prior to proof approval.  Once you approve your artwork, production will start and you will be invoiced for any work carried out so far.

SO HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

From approval of your artwork, we can deliver in as little as 7 days. This EXPRESS service is an optional extra.  Normal deliveries take on average 2-3 weeks.  We will always give you the outside delivery date when you order and meet your urgent deadline if it is within our capabilities. 

 

Lanyard Styles

WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPES YOU SUPPLY?

We supply 5 different types of lanyards.

POLYESTER |  NYLON | WOVEN  | TUBULAR  | SATIN/RIBBON

Depending on your personal preference and budget will normally determine which type you go for.  Go to the section LANYARD INFORMATION for more in-depth information about each type.

 

Artwork & Printing

HOW SHALL I SEND MY ARTWORK?

The best format would be a vectorised eps file or a pdf.  For more details on artwork requirements please go to the ARTWORK GUIDELINESsection.

CAN I HAVE MY LANYARD TO MY EXACT COLOUR?

Yes, we can pantone match your lanyard material to any PMS colour as long as you can give us a little longer to complete your order on the standard service.  We can even pantone match your lanyards on our express service (subject to quantity), for a small supplement.

CAN MY ARTWORK/LOGO BE PANTONE MATCHED TOO?

Yes, when artwork is screen printed, we will pantone match all the colours within your logo.   When a logo is digitally printed, it is printed using CMYK colours and therefore absolute exact pantone matches are not possible, but very close.  When a logo is woven, we use threads, not ink, and again, we pantone match as closely as possible. 

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE ANY ARTWORK?

We have our own in-house graphic design studio and can assist with creating something simple – FREE OF CHARGE.  If you need your logo tweaking or additional text, we can help with this too, again at no extra cost.  For full re-design projects and creating new corporate logos, we would quote accordingly as this would be a more time-consuming job, and our graphic designers don’t work for nothing! 

WHAT IF MY LOGO ISN’T IN THE FORMAT YOU NEED?

Again, we can assist with any artwork situations.  Nothing really fazes us on the artwork front and we can help overcome any design issues.  We would also advise if we thought a particular logo wasn’t suitable and make suggestions for improvement.  Sometimes, a logo which appears to work on paper or electronically, simply isn’t suitable to be shrunk down onto a lanyard, but you can be assured that we would advise accordingly so that you get the very best results.
