LANYARD INFORMATION
Polyester Lanyards
Sometimes referred to as Flat Polyester Lanyards are the most popular type of lanyard that we supply – with the 20mm being the biggest selling size. They are our best selling lanyard because they are not just extremely good value and hard-wearing but also have an excellent print area and are suitable for any marketing campaign or event. Polyester lanyards are made of high-quality polyester material and are available in a variety of widths – 10mm, 15mm, 20mm and 25mm. We offer not only a huge selection of standard colours but can offer a pantone matching service too at no extra cost.
Print reproduction onto Polyester Lanyards can be achieved with both screen printing and dye sublimation methods (sometimes referred to as digital printing or heat transfer printing). For simple logos of one to four colours where the colours are well defined and separated, we would recommend screen printing on to your polyester lanyard. If your logo is multi coloured with tones, tints and colour graduations, we can produce your logo using the dye sublimation method on to your Polyester Lanyard to give sharp reproduction of both text and images. The dye sublimation method also lends itself to specialized printing, for example, creating a full length stripe through the lanyard. Both of these printing methods are very high quality and provide a permanent printing technique with long durability.
Tube Lanyards
Sometimes referred to as Tubular Imprinted Lanyards are a great choice of modern lanyard, made from tube stitched polyester and resembling shoe laces! They are uniquely stretchable due to fabric production. This makes them a very popular option due to the feel and look of the tubular styling plus they are hard-wearing and excellent value for money. They also have an excellent print area and are suitable for any marketing campaign or event.

Woven Lanyards
are considered to be the most professional looking and hard-wearing lanyard due to the fact that the lanyard and logo are woven together to produce the final product, as opposed to a print on top of the lanyard. This gives the lanyard a more expensive looking finish, even though these are still very economically priced. The high quality of the woven lanyard makes this an excellent choice for the more simple logos and texts due to the embroidered finish. The embroidered designs do not wear off making this one of the more durable choices to be used multiple times. They have a more textured feel to them and look smart and impressive. As with all our lanyards, they are not just extremely good value and hard-wearing but also have an excellent branding area and are suitable for any marketing campaign or event.

Satin Ribbon Lanyards
are the lanyards of choice when a high quality and stunning finish is required. A real VIP item when you really need to make first impressions count! They are manufactured using a satin polyester material, hence why it looks like ribbon. We can dye the lanyard to your exact colour requirement to give a beautiful sheen finish or you can opt for one of our standard colours. The Satin Ribbon Lanyard is a fantastic option for adding complex full colour logos as we only use the Dye Sublimation (or Digital) print method to achieve the best print reproduction on these items.
We can also create a double layer Satin Ribbon Lanyards by applying the Ribbon to a Polyester base. Please call us for more information on this.

Nylon Lanyards
are a great alternative to the Polyester Lanyard and a popular choice if you are looking for a smoother and shinier finish to your lanyard. Reproduction of print onto Nylon Lanyards is extremely sharp and precise and complex logos are beautifully reproduced. They are slightly more expensive than the standard polyester lanyards due to the laminate finish that gives them their unique sheen. Still extremely good value and hard-wearing with an excellent print area and suitable for any marketing campaign or event.
